My expertise in organization and culture development is deeply rooted in more than 20 years’ experience gained in a multinational environment where I worked also as a leader for a long time. The sector I worked in was subject to continuous change for many years, so change management has become my everyday practice both on individual and team level. Although I am an IT engineer by profession, some years ago it became completely clear to me that human networks and connections are more inviting for me than the technical ones. In order to ensure free and uninterrupted flow of ideas within an organization we frequently have to eliminate obstacles similar to semiconductors and isolators. By touching them negligently one can easily cause a short-circuit that could be prevented by systemic and structured thinking.
