My expertise in organization and culture development is deeply rooted in more than 20 years’ experience gained in a multinational environment where I worked also as a leader for a long time. The sector I worked in was subject to continuous change for many years, so change management has become my everyday practice both on individual and team level.
Although I am an IT engineer by profession, some years ago it became completely clear to me that human networks and connections are more inviting for me than the technical ones. In order to ensure free and uninterrupted flow of ideas within an organization we frequently have to eliminate obstacles similar to semiconductors and isolators. By touching them negligently one can easily cause a short-circuit that could be prevented by systemic and structured thinking.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I am a true believer of the ‘1+1>2’ principle; trust in the knowledge and the wisdom of the team. I am a lifelong learner. I dedicate time and energy steadily to learn new concepts and methodologies to make teamwork more efficient. Being a qualified facilitator, I handle every problem with this approach and recommend my customers to do so. Sustainability is dear to my heart. I have been volunteering for different CSR related tasks for many years, and I am very happy to meet such requests received from different companies.
